What are the fillers with good demisting effect?


Which one is better, Raschig ring or Pall ring, when the packing is used in the absorption tower, it is divided into three categories according to the shape of gas-liquid contact. One type is the tower tower, in which the gas is dispersed in the liquid phase in the liquid phase, the bubbling absorption tower, the mixed bubbling absorption tower, and the second type is the liquid sprayer; the spray in which the liquid is dispersed in the gas phase in the form of droplets . Pall ring packing provides the contact surface of the liquid and gas phases in the column. The filling and the tower body determine the function of the tower body. The filler material must have a large specific surface area, high voids, significant humidity, corrosion resistance, the necessary mechanical strength, low density, low cost and high quality. Common packings are Raschig rings, Pall rings, moment saddle rings, etc.
It can be used for gas fast, transient absorption purification process. The tower body of the invention has a simple structure, is easy to be made of corrosion-resistant materials, has large gas-liquid contact area, long contact time, strong self-adaptive ability of the tower body, and low tower body resistance. Compared with the plate tower body, the spray density is 6-8m3/ (m2,h), to ensure that the packing is moist, and the liquid-gas ratio is controlled at 2~10/m3. The packed tower should not deal with the flue gas with more dust, and the problem of uneven distribution of gas waves in the tower should be overcome in the design.
