The alumina grinding ceramic ball has been widely used in ball mills as abrasive media for ceramic raw materials and glaze materials in ceramic factories, cement factories, enamel factories glasswork factories etc. 0wing to the extraordinarily high density, high hardness and high wear resistance, during the abrasive grinding processes, ceramic balls will not be broken, and it will not contaminate the materials to be gr inded.

If been set on the top of catalyst bed in the reactor, the activated ceramic ball can make the olefin in the secondary processing fraction pre-hydrogenated and keep the catalyst from coking. Similarly， if been set on the bottom， it can remove the thio-acohol caused in the reaction process. On the whole,using the activated ceramic ball can not only save the space in reactor，but also protect the catalyst from poisoning or sintering and consequentlyprolong the service life of catalyst.
Inert ceramic ball is widely used in petrochemical industry, chemical industry, fertilizer industry, natural gas industry and environment protection etc. with function as covering and supporting materials for catalyst in reactors and packing for towers. Its main role is increasing the distributions of liquid and gas, holding and protecting the catalyst.
